Job Description:
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
• Build out comprehensive cost metrics to measure operational health, then demonstrate continuous improvement within these metrics
• Design, build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses to enable our team to self-service 80% of data needs, allowing you to focus on answering hard and ambiguous problems.
• Be the voice of your customers; communicate the needs of candidates, associates and staffing coordinators to your stakeholders via the data
• Manage and execute entire projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, technical, business, marketing, finance, and UX leaders to gather data and metrics requirements.
• Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that will shape the future of the Cost per Hire program.
• Report key insight trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines that impact the business.
• Acquire various data sources to enable holistic analysis at a global level
• Retrieve and analyze data using a broad set of Client's data technologies and resources, knowing how, when, and which to use.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field · Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in a BI and/or Statistics role
• Experience with Tableau, Quiksight, Microstrategy, and/or other data visualization tools
• Demonstrated leadership in data warehousing concepts, including data modeling initiatives
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Data Warehousing concepts
• Ability to turn complex problems into simple solutions
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with Client's cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3 and Redshift
• Experience with Data Engineering (ETL) and/or Business Analytics
• Ability to work cross functionally
• Develops strong relationships across teams
• Proven ability to develop engaging customer-facing programs
• Experience writing Python or R
Candidate Requirements:
1
Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in a BI and/or Statistics role building dashboards, reporting and analyzing data using key metrics

4+ years of experience using Tableau, Quicksight,(1-2 years acceptable but must have experience using Quicksight) Microstrategy, and/or other data visualization tools

4+ years of strong knowledge of SQL, Data Warehousing concepts

At least 3 years of SQL Knowledge, Data Visualization Concepts, and Tableau/Quicksight tool familiarity

Best: An individual with Client experience is a plus. This person will have worked from a previous tech firm for at least 4 years who has successfully built dashboards and used data infrastructures to build visualization tools – using complex data sets. Deep understanding and creativity of brainstorming what possibilities there are using data.
Performance indicators (KPIs)
Agile spread planning – biweekly used. Meeting deliverables in a timely manner. Weekly 1:1s with HM.
