Responsibilities:
- Responding to web chat leads promptly and professionally.
- Engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable car rental options.
- Providing detailed information about our fleet, rates, terms, and conditions.
- Convincing potential customers to choose our car rental services and closing sales.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred to maintain a gender balance in the team.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about car rental services and our fleet.
